Red Raiders finished with seven stolen bases in the game, one shy of the school record ... IN BIG 12 PLAY ... hit a team-high .313 during league action ... also totaled four home runs and 10 RBI while starting in all 23 games ... four home runs were tied with Sandy James and Adriana Perez for the team high ... led the squad with 16 runs scored and 21 hits ... finished with three multiple-hit and multiple-RBI games ... went 5-for-10 at the plate in the Iowa State series where she also totaled three RBI ... was caught stealing for the first time in her career against the Cyclones in a close play at second base ... connected on a pair of home runs in the Baylor series, including a three-run shot in the first inning of the Friday night game ... delivered a walk-off RBI single in the bottom of the seventh in the finale to help the Red Raiders win the series ... also belted a fourth-inning solo home run against the Bears ... finished conference play with a hit in 11 of final 12 contests ... AT NCAA WASHINGTON REGIONAL ... struggled during the Regional as she was 0-for-7 at the plate ... drew a walk in the opener against Maryland ... swiped a pair of bases against the Terrapins as well ... was also plunked by a pitch the next day against the host Huskies.
SOPHOMORE SEASON (2011)
Continued to frustrate opposing pitchers in her sophomore season ... NFCA All-Central Region second team ... Academic All-Big 12 first team ... started and played in all 58 games ... hit .324 on the season, which was higher than her freshman season ... constant threat to score, led the Big 12 with 60 runs scored ... also one of the nation's leaders in the category ... totaled 15 doubles as well, which has led the league for most of the year ... home runs numbers are down from year before, but part of that is due to moving to the leadoff spot for the first half of the season ... returned to the No. 3 spot in the lineup prior to the second game of the Baylor doubleheader ... drew 28 walks and has been plunked nine times as well ... wass a perfect 15-for-15 on stolen base attempts ... has 15 multiple-hit and nine multiple-RBI games ... drove in three runs against Bryant and Utah Valley on Feb. 20 ... began a career-high 12 game hitting streak on Feb. 18 which did not end until a 0-for-2 game against Dayton on March 5 ... rebounded to go 2-for-3 and drive in three RBI the following day against Dayton ... matched the school record with four runs scored against Colorado State ... scored eight total runs in the USF The Game Tournament ... IN BIG 12 PLAY ... hit .255 during conference, while connecting on two home runs ... also drove in five runs ... stole three bases as well ... led the team with 15 runs scored ... broke the Tech school record by scoring five times against Iowa State on April 10 ... finished the Iowa State series 4-for-6 at the plate with seven runs scored and two RBI ... struggled toward the end of the season with only three hits in the final eight games ... FRESHMAN SEASON (2010)
Was as good as hyped as the freshman showed consistency throughout the season ... appeared in 55 of 56 games, all of which were starts ... hit .312 on the year with a team-high 15 home runs ... earned a selection to the All-Big 12 second team ... her 15 home runs tied for the Tech single-season school record ... also moved into the top five all-time for career home runs after only one year ... added 40 RBI as well, one shy of the team high ... just under a third of her hits (49) were for home runs ... also had eight doubles ... finished with 102 total bases, second-most on the team ... recorded a .410 on-base percentage and .650 slugging percentage ... posted 12 multiple-hit games and a team-high 13 multiple-RBI performances ... found the bases 16 times thanks to walks ... was also plunked a team-high 10 times ... was a perfect 4-for-4 on stolen base attempts ... IN BIG 12 PLAY ... hit .250 in conference play with three home runs and 9 RBI ... added four doubles ... seven of her 14 hits went for at least two bases ... had a .323 on-base percentage and .482 slugging percentage ... began the year with a home run in each of Tech's first two games against Wisconsin and Southern Utah ... went on a four-game streak of having two hits on March 7 against Wichita State that lasted through the North Carolina Central game on March 13 ... connected on two home runs against Jackson State on March 12 for a season-high 4 RBI ... added another home run later in the day against N.C. Central ... went 3-for-4 at the plate against Florida A&M; with 2 RBI ... was a triple shy of a cycle ... went 3-for-4 again around a week later against Iowa State ... began a season-high six game hit streak on April 17 at Missouri that lasted through the April 25 game at Kansas ... during that stretch, crushed a 3-0 home run in the first game against Oklahoma State that helped push Tech to a series sweep of the Cowgirls ... AT NCAA STANFORD REGIONAL ... went 2-for-12 at the plate but both hits came in key situations against Stanford and Hawaii ... scored three runs against the Cardinal after moving to the leadoff spot prior to the two teams' second meeting ... also added a double in the game ... was walked a total of three times in the regional.
