GAMEDAY

Q: Where do the Charge play?

A: The Dallas Charge play at Dallas Charge Stadium at The Ballfields at Craig Ranch in McKinney, TX.

Q: Do they play one game a night, or double headers?

A: The team will play one game per night.

 

Q: How long do games usually last?

A: A typical softball game will last between 1 hr 45 minutes to 2 ½ hours.

 

Q: Is live streaming and/or radio available for games?

A: Yes, both! Visit www.dallascharge.com, click on “Schedule” at the top, then click on the game you are wishing to watch or listen to.

 

Q: Is merchandise available on gameday?

A: Yes! We have t-shirts, tank tops, hats, visors, headbands, towels, water bottles, and more available for sale.

Q: Will we be able to meet the players?

A: Yes! After every game, both the Dallas Charge and the visiting team hold a 45 minute long autograph session.

 

Q: Should we bring our own items to get autographed, or can we buy items at the game?

A: Both! At the game we sell t-shirts, balls, hats, visors, etc. In addition, you are welcome to bring gloves, balls, hats, posters, etc.

 

Q: Are we able to take pictures with the players during the autograph session?

A: Absolutely!

 

Q: Do we need to bring a Sharpie for the autograph session?

A: No, the players will have Sharpies.

 

Q: Is there a concession stand at the park?

A: Yes! The concession stand sells typical ballpark food: hotdogs, popcorn, nachos, Frito Pie, candy, water, Gatorade, and soft drinks.

 

Q: Can I bring food or drinks into the park?

A: We do not allow outside food or drinks into the park. We have a concession stand where fans have the opportunity to purchase food and drinks.

 

Q: Are there restrooms at the ballpark near the field?

A: Yes! The restrooms are location right by the field in a field house that also houses the concession stand. The restrooms are large, clean, and well kept!

 

Q: What happens if a game gets rained out?

Charge will make every reasonable attempt to complete each and every home game. However, in the event of a rainout in which five (5) innings have not been completed, your ticket will be a rain check that may be exchanged for a ticket of equal value for any other regular season game in the current season. All ticket exchanges are for any future regular season game in the same season and are subject to availability. Exchanges must be made in-person at the Box Office.
